Con la presente l'e-commerce si impegna ad applicare la Direttiva Omnibus riguardo la modalità di gestione dei cambi di prezzo che prevede:
"Ogni annuncio di riduzione di prezzo indica il prezzo precedente applicato dal professionista per un determinato periodo di tempo prima dell’applicazione di tale riduzione.
